Description:
Sulforaphane is an antioxidant phytochemical found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, and cauliflower. Sulforaphane has been shown to be a strong stimulator of natural detoxifying enzymes, via activation of the Nrf2 transcription factor. The compound has also been shown to help suppress inflammation.
