Gotu kola is a slender plant, which grows in the swampy areas of India where it has been used in Indian herbalism (Ayurvedic ) for the past 3,000 years. It’s said to be one of the most important Ayurvedic herbs, used both as a memory tonic and as a health food, with one old proverb being “Two leaves a day, keeps old age away”.
